Monkey Business NY accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final for personalized products. Store credit will be issued if an item must be returned. Exchanges may be made for different sizes in clothing items. Please notify Monkey Business within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will make the necessary arrangements. All exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of the date your order was received.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
In-stock items are typically shipped within 72 business hours. Delivery time varies depending on the item. Personalized items may take additional time. Rush orders can be requested for an additional $10 fee (for in-stock items). Most items are shipped using USPS ground.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
All gifts can be wrapped for an additional fee of $4.00. Gifts are wrapped in cellophane and coordinating ribbons. Monkey Business would be happy to include a gift card. Please provide your special message to accompany your gift.
